We want you to love your Crown & Coastal purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all components included. Buyer is responsible for return postage and handling - we we make it easy with a return label or QR code. Your choice!

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
